Lilach Karni
Director of "Restaurants in Solidarity". Entrepreneur and social activist. Active in the mutual-aid "Culture of Solidarity" from its inception, mainly managing the food drive. Engaged in diverse fields of arts and culture,, including production and fundraising; 6 years experience with the dance company "Bat Sheva".
Graduate of the Honors Program in the Department of Art History at Tel Aviv University.

Alma Beck
Founding member of “Restaurants in Solidarity” and partner in the management team. Co-founder of the mutual-aid “Culture of Solidarity”. Film professional; among other things, she produced the Israeli Program for the Docaviv Film Festival and curated conceptual film events withTel-Aviv’s nightlife powerhouse “Teder”. Holds a M.A. in Liberal Studies from the New School for Social Research in New York.

Goni Harlap
Founding member of “Restaurants in Solidarity” and partner in the management team. Artist, cook and entrepreneur. Active with the mutual aid “Culture of Solidarity”. Co-founder and chairwoman of “Light Heart” NPO, and board member of “Bare Awareness” NPO. Holds a Masters degree in Art from Haifa University and currently studying for a M.A. in Non-Profit Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Ayelet Carmeli-Messinger
Partner in the “Restaurants in Solidarity” management team. Managed “Alumot Or”, a philanthropic social organization promoting excellence in special-needs education; specializes in the establishment, advising and consulting services for businesses and social enterprises. Holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Aya Hecht
Founding member of “Restaurants in Solidarity” and partner in the management team. Head of Culture of Solidarity’s warm meals program. Film and commercial producer, marketing project manager and event producer, working locally and internationally. Holds a BA in Education, Communication and Film from Tel-Aviv University.

Avital Oren
Founding member of “Restaurants in Solidarity” and partner in the management team. Project manager in initiatives and businesses engaged in social impact. Previously worked in conflict resolution and mediation. Currently VP of Social Impact at “Take”.

Ronnie Rozenberg Ceder
Partner in the “Restaurants in Solidarity” management team. Was part of the founding team of WeWork in Israel and managed the local team for 6 years. Has vast experience in building new companies and providing strategic consultancy. Today, works as a business consultant with TA- 35 large companies and startups. Holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg Recanati at Tel Aviv University.

Omer Frydman
Designed the operations management system for “Restaurants in Solidarity” and its sister-initiative “Culture of Solidarity”. Engaged in photography and business automation work as well as other initiatives. A former product manager at an Israeli start-up. Holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
